Exceptional
The hotel’s location is perfect for relaxing . The resort is nearby the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for walks or sunset views. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My room was tastefully decorated with beach-themed decor, it such an amazing place to visit. The resort’s amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend it for a relaxing beach gateway.

Facilities inside the room are excellent. Good breakfast, nice pools and location is next to the beach. You can borrow bicycle from hotel to go somewhere nearby.

Great stay for a chill holiday in a beautiful luxurious room
New building. Beautiful garden. Location just by the beach. Rooms are new, very large with some high tech amenities. You get smart TV, smart curtains, smart WC, a nice jacuzzi. Beautiful balcony. It has a nice pool bu the beach. They have also planted some trees for shade. The sea is perfect warmth, not too salty and clean. If there is a storm, you will get waves. Check the season. I highly recommend staying here. We were happy for 5 nights despite a few storms.
It's not related to the hotel but Khanom is a distant place. It's a place to chill and relax. There are some nice restaurants, coffee shops, markets and a few bars nearby but that's it. If that's what you are after it is perfect. Like anywhere in Thailand, check when the rainy season ends or begins. We had rain for a few days but still lovely. Enjoy Khanom, the place will develop like everywhere else year by year. Some of the roads didnt even exist 3 years ago. The beach could be cleaner. We walked along the beach more than 5km. The sea is clean and beautiful. You occasionally see some trash, mostly coming from the sea after a storm(?). It can happen anywhere but most hotels don't keep their beach clean. It's a pity because so much staff work on keeping the garden lovely and nice looking. The hotel has enough staff to do some basic beach cleaning around the area and I highly suggest they do. This is a general problem in Khanom because Thais don't like to get wet in the sea that much or often. This means you get a beach all to yourself :)

There's still a lot of room for improvements
We got a soft opening deal in this brand new place. Prime location on Khanom Beach with good views (especially from upper floors). Beautiful garden and landscaping. Laboured staff.
In my humble opinion a lot of unnecessary gimmicks like curtains and toilets with remote control and a glass partition to the bathroom that becomes opaque at the push of a button. Obviously a lot of money has been invested, but there is a lack of coziness, especially in the oversized lobby. In addition, the paint is already peeling off in various places if you take a closer look at the wood paneling outside. Our badly soundproofed room was near the elevator, which emitted annoying ringing sounds (like in a 7 Eleven store) every time it arrived. And the breakfast was poor and not tasty. So all in all not really a 5 Star experience like promoted and I don't think we will stay here again once it is finished and the prices will be significantly higher.
